The New England sea duck experience should be on every duck hunter’s bucket list. We shot 8 different species of ducks over 3 days and had the opportunity to target even more with our top notch guide! Nowhere else can you get such a variety of ducks and majestic views in one trip. In your face action from a layout boat to shooting the largest ducks in North America (Eider) from rocky islands in the Atlantic Ocean are truly experiences we’ll never forget. Thank you to Dan and UWC for making this dream a reality and putting this all together.

scott-sprengerThis guide is very organized and does a very good job of helping plan the hunt, what to bring, where to go…etc. He was very open minded and honest about the weather and what our options were day by day and then let us decide what we wanted to hunt. He has lots of options so in 3 days we had 6 different hunts from divers on shore, to sea ducks in the layout boat, or sea ducks off big rock islands, and even black ducks and Brant in certain areas. The hunting itself is incredible with lots of ducks and so many different species. I know that not every hunt is going to be perfect but for the majority of people that go on this hunt, your biggest problem is going to be your taxidermy bill because you are going to shoot beautiful birds. The guide also does a great job of taking care of your birds for the travel back to your taxidermy. I can’t wait to bring my kids back to the same place.

sean-tomlinI just finished a great sea duck hunt with UWC Adventures up in New England and all I can say is WOW!! These guys have a A-1 set up for getting these ducks!! The outfitter is the kind of guide duck hunters want to hunt with. This was my first time for me in a layout boat on big water and it is the ticket! The entire crew wants you to get your birds and do all they can to see that happen. Can't ask for more than that! These birds are stunning and a picture does not in any way do these ducks justice. If they are on your list, these are the guys!!

jason-van-dykeThis is, quite frankly, one of the best hunts I have ever been on. It was excitement from beginning to finish, could not have been with a better guide! I got nearly all of the birds that I came for on this trip and it would be hard to be any more pleased with how things turned out. The sea ducks that you will shoot on this trip are absolutely stunning, so make sure you set aside some cash for taxidermy when you get back.
